| • 10,00 € day with minimum of 100,00 € par service. • Special deposit of 100,00 € • In case of loss, robbery, theft or damage the customer must to pay the normal market price. The device and the support are not included on the normal insurance. |

| DEPOSIT |
| As a precaution for damages, it is necessary to make a 600,00 € deposit by means of credit card. |

| CANCELLATIONS |
| If the customer cancels the reservation, penalties shall be applied to the advance payment or deposit: |

the cancellation is notified at least 30 days before the
commencement of the hiring: 50%. |

If it is notified
between 30 and 16 days before the commencement of the hiring: 80%. |

If it is notified
within 16 days before the commencement of the hiring: 100%. |

| DELIVERIES
AND/OR RETURNS |
| The deliveries or returns of vehicles at any Spanish airport are possible with extra money. Free service of transfer from/to airport in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga (Subject to availability). |

| Deliveries and/or returns in other cities differents than Madrid, Barcelona or MAlaga |
| • Minimum service payed 10 days. • Extra charge of 250,00 € each stretch (Subject to availability). |

| Transfers between Euromotorhome branches |
| • Free service between Euromotorhome branches subject to availability, on the case of unavailability extra charge of 200,00 € each service. • Branches in 2008 Madrid, Barcelona and Málaga. • Minimum services between branches 10 days (please consult us for shorter periods). |

| RESERVATIONS |
| In order to confirm the reservations, a 30% advance payment from the total reserved rent amount have to be made. |

| DRIVER CONDITIONS |
| • No younger than 25 years old.
• To have the driving license (B1) in force for at least two years. |
